Pumpkin & Date Paste Smoothie

This is a very simple smoothie recipe that can be made for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert! It only requires four ingredients and a blender.

Ingredients

Blend Together:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¼ cup DateME Date Paste
  • pumpkin pie spice to taste

Optional:

  • Banana (can be frozen)
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • Ice for a frozen smoothie
