Pineapple & Date Smoothie

With only three ingredients, you can make a healthy and tasty treat. Try it as an after-school snack or a quick and easy breakfast.

Ingredients

Blend Together:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup DateME Date Paste

Optional:

  • Banana (can be frozen)
  • 1 scoop green powder
  • 1 scoop VEGA protein
  • Ice for a frozen smoothie
